ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE
- Online proofing Images from your shoot are posted to a password-protected online gallery within 48 hours of the photo session. Proofs are shown in color or black & white.
- Standard retouching and color/tone adjustment on final image Standard retouching includes removal of blemishes and stray hairs, lightening wrinkles and dark circles under eyes. Color and tonal adjustments are made as necessary.
- Final images delivered by download link You’ll be sent a link where you can find and download the final image files.
- Black & White or Color Each final image can be delivered as either Black & White, color or both. If not specified, we will deliver in color only.
EXTRAS AND ADD-ONS
- $50 Per additional hi-res image file, suitable for printing (includes retouching and electronic delivery)
- $25 Per additional low-res image file, suitable for web display (includes retouching and electronic delivery)
- $50 Advanced retouching, per image file.
- $125 Hair and Makeup Services (female), $100 (male) Must be booked at least three days in advance Subject to availability. Once confirmed, we will send you an electronic invoice that must be paid online at least 24 hours prior to session. No exceptions.
- $25 CD Delivery All images are delivered as digital downloads. If requested, we can provide your image(s) on CD and mail it to you.
- Printing/Reproductions We can print 8x10s or recommend printers for you.
Want a group photo for your business? No problem. Add up to five people to your session for $50 per additional person (first two packages only). If more than five individuals, please contact us to request a quote.

This is a very popular option. Locking in for multiple sessions guarantees you a set price for an entire year and you can schedule shoots at your convenience. This is perfect for individuals who desire multiple updates in a year, or for companies who want to have headshots taken of their new employees as they are hired. Tell us what your needs are and we’ll be glad to get you a quote within the same day.

If you book five or more individuals on the same day, you may be eligible for volume discounts of up 75%. Contact us to find out more. We are limited in how many sessions we can accommodate in a single day, so please arrange this first with us.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to schedule a session in our studio. The balance is due at the time of session. Payment can be in cash, checks, money order or credit card (via PayPal). Credit card (PayPal) payments must be made in full prior to photo session.Rescheduling We understand when unforeseen circumstances arise. Please call us at least 48 hours before the photo session. If you need to reschedule less than 48 hours before your session, a $25 fee will be charged.
